EGG MALAI CURRY | EGG RECIPES


The Egg malai curry is rich in Calcium.This is cooked by using the fresh milk and the cream gives a little sweet and spicy taste. This malai curry is best with naan and rotis.

INGREDIENTS


Milk                   1/2 Litre
Fresh Cream                   1/2 cup
Onion                   3 nos (roughly chopped)
Egg                           5 nos
Green Chili                   5 to 6 nos
Ginger                   1 tbspn
Garlic                   1 tbspn
Black Pepper powder        1 tbspn
Cumin Powder           1 tbspn
Garam Masala                1 tbspn
Dry bay leaves          2 nos
Cardamom                  2 nos
Cloves                 4 nos
Cinnamon         2 nos
Oil                         as required
Salt                         as required

INSTRUCTIONS


For Malai Paste


  1. Take a Mixer jar, add the roughly chopped onions, green chilies, ginger and garlic paste.
  2. Blend it into a smooth paste as well.


For Malai Curry


  1. Boil a water, then add egg. Make it a Hard boiled eggs and cut into a half.
  2. Take an another pan, add the Oil of 5 to 6 tablespoon.
  3. Later add the cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves. one by one.
  4. It gets popped and add the malai paste into it.
  5. This paste need to cook very well. Like it turns into brown color.
  6. After it gets that brown color, add the masala like black pepper, cumin powder, garam masala and salt to taste.
  7. Mix it well.
  8. Followed by pour the milk into it.  Mix gently.
  9. At this stage, check the seasoning of the malai curry.
  10. Leave it for a two minutes. 
  11. Add the hard boiled egg into the curry.
  12. Finally add the Fresh Cream to the curry and serve it as hot.

METHODS

For Malai Paste


Take a Mixer jar, add the roughly chopped onions, green chilies, ginger and garlic paste.


Blend it into a smooth paste as well.

For Malai Curry


Boil a water, then add egg. Make it a Hard boiled eggs and cut into a half.


Heat pan add the oil and later add the whole spices.


Add the grinded malai paste


Cook well. Leave, it turns into brown colour

Add the masala powders one by one mixed it well.

Later add the milk into it.


Mix well, Finally add the fresh cream and hard boiled eggs. 
And serve with hot.

Ready.
