MUTTON KEEMA BALLS | BEST MEATBALL RECIPE | KOLA URUNDAI
The Mutton keema balls is also known as the Mutton Kola Urundai. This is the traditional Chettinad dish. The Mutton kola is the Best meat ball recipe forever.
For the meat lovers this meat balls is a very good treat.

INGREDIENTS
Minced Mutton 300grms
Onion / Shallots 10 to 15
Scrumbled Coconut 100grms
Pepper corns 1/2 tbspn
Corinder seeds 1/2 tbspn
Fennel seeds 1/2 tbspn
Poppy seeds 1/2 tbspn
Cloves 5
Cinnamom 1
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Green Chilli 3 to 4
Mint leaves 4 spings
Corinder leaves 4 spings
Salt as required
Oil as required
For Seasoning:
Mustard 1/2 tbspn
Dhal 1/4 tbspn
Curry leaves 1 spings
INSTRUCTIONS
- Firstly, take the masalas like onion, coconut, pepper, coriander, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric powder, green chili, mint and coriander leaves. Put it into the mixer jar.
- Blend it well. Not as a smooth paste. Remember please do not add the water for mixer.
- After the masala blended, add the minced mutton meat of 300grms. add the salt as required.
- As like as blend it into 3/4 of the portions.
- Later, transfer into the bowl and make it into the small balls in the equal size of ratio.
- Transfer all the meat balls into the pressure cooker and add the little amount of water. Cook it for 1 whistle.
- Heat a Tawa, add the oil and put the meat balls into the hot oil. Deep fry until it turns brown color.
- For seasoning, add the mustard, dhal and the curry leaves. After it pops up, add it into the mutton kola urundai ( mutton meat balls).
- Finally, Serves as a hot.
METHODS
Take the ingredients for grinding.
Grind it as a 3/4 portion
Later make it into the balls and cook in the pressure cook for 1 whistle.
And deep fry the meatballs into the oil.
Deep fry until it turns into the brown color.
Finally add the seasoning and serve with hot.
