VADA RECIPES | VALAIPOO VADA | BANANA FLOWER VADA | EVENING SNACKS
The banana flower ( Valaipoo vada) is very healthy recipes. This vada recipe is simple and easy to make in home. This Vada is also best evening snacks.

INGREDIENTS
Banana flower 1 flower (cleaned)
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Mint leaves 1 cup
Scrumbled Coconut 1/2 cup
Channa dhal 3/4 cup
Green chili 3 nos
Small onion/shallots 3 nos
Ginger,Garlic 3 nos each
Cloves, Cinnamon 2 nos each
Pepper corns 10
Fennel seeds 1/2 tbspn
poppy seeds 1/2 tbspn
Oil as required
Salt as required
INSTRUCTIONS
- First clean the banana flower, remove the stem inside the banana flower.
- Grind all the ingredients. Mainly do not add water for grinding.
- Take the grind ed masalas, make it into the vada shapes.(flat shape)
- Heat oil in the pan, deep fry the vada until golden brown.
- Serve with the hot.
