Pav bhaji recipe | Bombay street food | Mumbai Chaat
Pav Bhaji is a famous Indian street food. Especially in the Bombay (Mumbai) the pav bhaji recipe is one of the best Mumbai Chat. This chaat is served with soft buns with creamy butter.

INGREDIENTS
Onions 1 nos Chopped
Tomatoes 4 nos
Green chili 2 nos
Carrot 2 nos Diced
Potato 3 nos diced
Green peas 150 gm
Capsicum 1 nos diced
Cauliflower 1 big flower
Ginger, garlic paste 1 tbspn each
Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tbspn
Pav bhaji masala 2 tbspn
Cumin powder 1 tbspn
Garam masala 1 tbspn
Turmeric power 1/2 tbspn
Dry methi 1 tbspn
Salt as required
Butter as required
Ghee as required
INSTRUCTIONS
First cut all the vegetables into the diced form. Like carrots, potatoes, and capsicum. Likewise, cut the onions and tomatoes as well.
Take the pressure pan, add 4 to 5 tablespoon of Ghee. Later add the cutter onions and green chilies. Cook until onion gets into brown color.
Followed by add the roughly chopped tomatoes and stir well.
Later add the Ginger garlic paste 1 tbspn each. Cooks until its raw smell gets out.
Then, add the masalas like Pav bhaji masala, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
Mix well.
At last, add the freshly chopped vegetables into it. Mixed it well.
Add some amount of water to cook the veggies.
Close the Cooker until 4 to 5 whistles.
Later open smash the vegetables by using the smasher in hot condition.
At the top add the dry methi leaves.
Finally serve hot with the butter toasted Pav ban.
METHODS

Add the Ghee in the pressure cooker add the onions, green chili, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Cook well.
Add the listed masala one by one, then the fresh vegetables.
Adjust the water and add some salt
Close the pressure pan leave it for 4 whistles
Check the seasoning and smash the cook veggies in the hot.
Later add the dry methi leaves and serves as hot with the butter roasted pav ban.
Finally serves.
